I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the location is excellent and very convenient, the room left much to be desired with its wear and tear. The service overall was hit or miss; some staff were friendly, but there were also issues that made my experience difficult. Given the cleanliness in common areas and the ease of check-in, it’s unfortunate that the accommodations didn’t measure up better.

The room was poorly maintained with stains and a persistent odor; it was definitely not refreshing. The tub had peeling plastic, and I was also surprised to find out that the room wasn’t really secure with the significant gap under the door.

While I encountered friendly staff at check-in, there were significant hassles with service, such as miscommunication regarding my deposit which ended up not being fully refundable.

My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The lobby was beautifully designed, and the rooms, while classic and spacious, needed better housekeeping. The service provided by Chad and the rest of the staff was outstanding, making me feel valued. However, my overall stay was marred by serious cleanliness issues in my room, leading to a lower rating despite the great service.
